We are a brand new, family run Italian restaurant based in Ystrad Mynach Village in South Wales. When you visit us, you can expect a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to enjoy with your friends and family, as well as authentic Italian dishes with all produce sourced directly from Italy.
There is something for everyone at Portofino, we offer a lunch and evening menu, something for the kids, some of the best cocktails in South Wales and a changing wine menu to keep things fresh and exciting!
For when a table booking isn’t enough, we offer area hire so you can host events such as work events or parties with us too!

Whether you are celebrating your child’s birthday or wanted a night off from cooking, everyone is welcome at Portofino in Ystrad Mynach. We have a dedicated children’s menu with some fun activities for them to enjoy whilst you wait. We are conveniently located near the high street with access for wheelchairs.
